This Friday, 3rd April, Tale of Two release final song ‘Demons’ from their debut 4-track EP ‘Angels and Demons’.
‘Demons’ rips the bandaid off a mollycoddled society, who, spoon-fed lies of utopia from birth – ultimately rage against the machine till the end.
“…Swallow the lies of the lullabies, sweet melodies keep you blind…what is it worth all this money and time? it’s the end of the world – let’s rage into the dying of the light…”
Notice the latter part of the chorus referencing Dylan Thomas‘ poem ‘Do not go gentle into that good night’, a quote most fitting for the songs stygian-narrative of anger, lies and greed.
You can find ‘Demons’ and all songs from Tale of Two’s debut EP via Bandcamp.
