Musicvein Entertainment are excited to announce that ‘The Thomas Brown Affair‘ will be the next act to perform at L’Oliveto, Rutland – February 2015

The Thomas Brown Affair Since the live music nights began in September, acts such as London Jazz singer Melissa James and award winning Jazz/Blues duo Tipitina have graced the restaurant with their presence and given show stopping performances.

Sat 21st Feb 2015 will see ‘The Thomas Brown Affair‘ (featuring multi-platinum selling vocalist Kenny Thomas & Jazz pianist extraordinaire Wayne Brown) make their appearance to perform hits from their debut album ‘Just The Two Of Us‘.


The multi-platinum selling artist who dominated the commercial, soul and album charts in the 90’s. By the age of 23, Kenny had been nominated for 2 Brit Awards, shared the stage with such luminaries as Edwin Starr, Freddie Jackson, Kool & The Gang, Incognito, Mica Paris, Lalah Hathaway and Lonnie Liston Smith and was a regular on TOTP!
Kenny’s debut album, “Voices”, went platinum in its first week! Going on to sell over double platinum in the UK alone, spawning 4 hit singles “Outstanding”, “Thinking About Your Love”, “Best of You” and “Tender Love”.

Wayne is a superb pianist and widely regarded as the UK’s answer to Ramsey Lewis. An artist with impeccable credentials that has seen him collaborate with a wide and diverse array of artists as a writer, producer and musician. Wayne has also notched up several million record sales with artists including Billy Ocean, Ruby Turner, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Winwood, Jonathan Butler, George Michael, Nareena Pallot, Junior Giscombe, Janet Kay, Lulu, Alisha’s Attic and even performed with jazz greats such as Coleman Hawkins and Tal Farlow!
